21st Century Leadership:
How to Retain Your Employees and Ensure Business Survival in a COVID World

Covid-19 presents a serious threat to the survival of many businesses, large and small, both financially and in terms of employee retention. Should businesses reopen? How should business leaders address the financial survival and employee health and safety issues? What does the future hold? This conversation with Dr. Edward Marshall, who teaches leadership at Duke University, will focus on these and related questions from the perspective of 21st Century leadership. His most recent book, Leadership’s 4th Evolution: Collaboration for the 21st Century, has just been published, and provides business leaders with an effective way to address these challenges.
