Victoria Templeton joined Investors Title in 2017, where she serves as Exchange Counsel for Investors Title Exchange Corporation, which acts as the Qualified Intermediary in like-kind exchange transactions. In that capacity, Victoria handles exchange transactions including like-kind, build to suit and reverse exchanges. Prior to working at Investors Title, Victoria worked as an Attorney in the Office of Counsel for IBM, Senior Attorney for Portal Software, and Senior Attorney for the Technology Finance Division of Hewlett-Packard Company.

Victoria grew up in New York City. She received her undergraduate degree from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine and received her law degree from Santa Clara School of Law in Santa Clara, CA. Victoria has served on several Boards of Directors for various charitable organizations in the Triangle area. She lives in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
