Bio Summary
Jinlin (Jimmy) Fan is an international legal scholar and advisor with over 15 years of experience working with state-owned enterprises, listed companies, law firms, and investment institutions in both China and the United States. His practice focuses on international business law, maritime and shipping law, corporate compliance, and cross-border investment. With a doctorate in international law and an LL.M. in American Law. He has a unique global perspective to complex legal matters and is committed to bridging U.S.-China legal and policy frameworks.

- License in China (U.S. Bar Exam in Preparation)
- Ph.D. in International Law (Shanghai Jiao Tong University)
- LL.M. in American Law (Indiana University Bloomington)
- 15+ years of legal experience in corporate, maritime, and cross-border matters
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Hakka, and English
- Former General Counsel and Deputy GM at a leading investment firm
- Author of multiple legal monographs and policy publications
