Increased globalization in today’s business environment demands greater
appreciation of different cultures and the type of leadership that wins without
boundaries. “Winning without Confrontation”, the core teachings
from the Art of War by Sun Tzu, a great ancient Chinese military strategist,
represents the unique aspect of Eastern thinking. To accomplish this strategic
positioning and win, Sun Tzu articulates several fundamental principles in
his legendary book Art of War, these principles are still very much applicable
in today’s international business management.
