Charles E. Davis III

Charlie practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, and business law. He enjoys helping clients define their goals and develop a customized plan to accomplish these goals.

Charlie is a native of Moore County, North Carolina, specifically the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area. In his free time, Charlie enjoys both playing and coaching soccer, and can be found on weekends playing in the Orange County Adult Soccer League.

Prior to joining Poyner Spruill, Charlie was an associate for Walker Lambe Rhudy Costley & Gill, PLLC. Before law school, Charlie graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, receiving a degree in business administration in 2011. He also received a minor in coaching education, and he holds a USSF National “D” coaching license for soccer.
